About Us:
JiNHER Tainan Anping Store was established by Jiuwot International Catering from Kaohsiung. The most eye-catching feature of JiNHER is the creation of a luxurious palace-like setting. The unique voluntary membership system allows members to enjoy multiple gifts and exclusive member prices. The menu is diverse and plentiful; first-time visitors must try the brunch, pasta, and set meals, and don’t miss the handmade soufflé and signature 3D latte art drinks for dessert—satisfying all cravings at once!
Membership System:
Membership fee is NT$100, allowing immediate access to member prices. This can be deducted from the total for appetizers, salads, or beverages. On second visits, members can use a NT$100 voucher (valid within one month of the next visit). Returning members also enjoy a discount: order one main dish and receive a NT$30 discount on appetizers/salads at any time (10:00 AM - 8:30 PM). As long as one person at the table becomes a member, the whole table enjoys member prices—super cost-effective!

Restaurant Environment:
JiNHER Tainan Anping Store is a pet-friendly restaurant located on the first floor of a building. The all-white decor gives a luxurious feel, and upon entering, you are instantly captivated by the extravagant crystal chandeliers. Wow, it’s quite ostentatious! At this moment, the staff inquires about our reservation and asks us to wait briefly.
The interior decor features elegant vintage European vibes, from the floors and tables to the walls. It truly offers the ambiance of a high-end restaurant, making me wonder if I dressed too casually.
Most seating is for four at square tables with bright lighting. The high ceiling design makes the space feel spacious and comfortable, with ample seating available. The second-floor seating area is also vast, and there’s an elevator for those with mobility issues, perfect for taking photos in this classical European atmosphere.

Let’s Eat:
🔺 Tomato Sauce Pan-Seared Sous Vide Chicken Pasta NT$330 (regular NT$360)
Upgrade to Set A NT$130 (Add Soup and Bread, NT$80 off drinks)
Bread is standard toast; the corn soup is rich and sweet—quite nice.
The sous vide chicken pasta is a must-try, featuring large chunks of chicken breast that are flavorful and not dry; the pasta has a nice chewiness and isn’t overcooked, though the tomato sauce isn’t particularly distinctive.
🔺 White Peach Apple Black Tea NT$120
I really recommend this drink; it has no prominent artificial flavor and is smooth without being overly sweet.
🔺 Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea Soufflé NT$220
What arrives at the table is a beautifully fluffy soufflé piled high in three layers. Frankly, I didn’t expect much from soufflés, as they can often be too rich. However, JiNHER's soufflé, served warm, has a fluffy yet dense texture, topped with milk tea sauce and chewy boba—it was surprisingly enjoyable, giving a sensation akin to jumping on cotton candy. After tasting it, my mood lifted immensely XDD
Thoughts:
I’ve been to JiNHER twice, and both experiences were different. The first visit included a cute bear-shaped drink and pasta, while the second visit featured soufflé and pasta. Personally, I favor the desserts; the pasta is rather ordinary, but the environment is genuinely pleasant.
Four stars for a few reasons: great ambiance for taking photos and enjoyable desserts, but the main dishes are somewhat average.
