Main course – I ordered the Mongolian lamb, and the meat quality was quite good; when cooked in the soup base, it was pretty tasty.
The vegetable platter is quite abundant, with hot pot ingredients, plenty of cabbage, enoki mushrooms, carrots, pumpkin, konjac, seaweed, shiitake mushrooms, etc. – really a lot.
The soup base I chose was the Mongolian signature, with options for mild or medium spiciness; I selected mild, and the broth was flavorful, which went well with any of the side dishes.
