I ordered the two-color tuna rice bowl. The trout here is larger than the ones I am usually familiar with, so it has more texture. The cooked larvae tastes very dense with a hint of umami; while the raw larvae is smooth and smooth, with a hint of sweetness.
Although other than these two main dishes, the seaweed, egg shreds, and white rice are not special, but when paired with the gourami, everything will add a delicious flavor.
