【Taipei Zhongzheng】Mr. Chi's Kopitiam Premium

Second Visit to a Restaurant with a Line
Does anyone have recommendations for Malaysian cuisine?
I have only eaten at this one and a Bak Kut Teh restaurant in Banqiao 🤔️

/

✨ Personal Recommendation
◽ B5 Mr. Chi's Nasi Lemak ✨ $290 🌶️
Dry Curry Beef - served with - Satay Chicken Skewers
> A unique coconut milk curry rice, the rice is long and slender
The rich satay sauce coats the grilled chicken
The curry beef is quite tender~

◽ C2 Malaysian Char Siu Dry Noodles with Wontons ✨ $260
Dry noodles, char siu, wontons, and bok choy
> Looks delicious, my sister said it’s good~ (She finished it quickly)

◽ C5 Fried Kway Teow ✨ $250 🌶️
Kway teow, three shrimp
> This dish was the most fragrant of what we ordered that day~
It’s flat rice noodles, really easy to chew, shrimp already shelled
A dish I both love and hate, normally I don’t eat spicy
It was really spicy! Luckily there was some Teh Tarik, otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to eat it

◽ E2 Teh Tarik (less ice) $70

◽ D3 Toast with Kaya $100
Spend over $600 to enjoy a special price of ✨ $60 for an add-on!
> Comes with two rectangular pieces of toasted bread
I think it’s a great deal at the add-on price~
The toast is crispy on the outside, kaya spread is sweet~
It’s best eaten hot, and can also be a dessert after the meal
