The meal includes signature cold noodles, sesame sauce noodles, miso egg drop fish ball soup, and blanched vegetables. The flavors are normal but not particularly surprising. The cold noodles are somewhat sour, the sesame sauce noodles are aromatic but the sesame flavor is slightly lacking, and the soup and vegetables taste are within the normal range.

This place has been open for quite a while, and upon checking, I found out it's a chain with branches in Taipei, New Taipei, and Keelung. I used to eat a lot of duck blood soup during my student days, which should be one of their main offerings. Since it had been a while since I last had it and I wasn't feeling like eating spicy that day, I ordered other items instead.
▪️Signature Cold Noodles Small $55
The sesame flavor is not very strong, and it leans towards sour, making it very refreshing, but I didn't like it that much.
▪️Sesame Noodles Small $55
It smells very fragrant and tastes quite rich with a lot of sauce, but the sesame flavor was slightly lacking for me.
▪️Miso Egg Flower Meatball Soup $55
A large bowl of soup, it's normally good.
▪️Blanched Vegetables $40
The greens of the day were Chinese cabbage, with a normal taste.
Overall, it has a simple and standard flavor. However, since there are other similar places nearby that I prefer more, I have a lower willingness to revisit this one. But I might consider going back if I'm in the mood for spicy dishes.
