Although the environment is not exquisite, it is at least clean and tidy for a pawnshop dining environment, and the seats are quite far apart from each other. I don’t know why it feels a bit like going back to my hometown in central and southern China to eat, plus the lady boss It's very polite, and there really is nothing particularly picky about it. If you don't like it, you can still choose to take it out.
There are a lot of choices in terms of dishes. I usually choose the classic cabbage + fried tofu, and the other one depends on my mood. It’s not a big deal. It’s just like most bento restaurants. It’s better to cook some dishes yourself. Still a little oily.
In the bento I ordered today, the cabbage was stir-fried, and the seasoning was relatively light among the many dishes. It was sweet and delicious. The dried tofu is stir-fried with soy sauce (or some kind of marinade), carrots and green onions. It is salty and fragrant and is a must-have with rice. The last one is braised bamboo shoots
Zi, I don’t know how to describe it in words, but they are also delicious bamboo shoots🤣
The main dish of fried pork ribs seems to be dry-fried in Chinese style. The pork ribs are first marinated to add flavor and then powdered and put into the pot. I don’t have much objection to this fried pork ribs. Although I don’t particularly like the taste of the marinade, I like to eat this kind of dry-fried pork ribs, so I order it quite often, so it doesn’t hurt.
Overall, it's a bento shop in my alley. I quite like eating it. The price ranges from about 90 to 110.
