During the summer, Lanyu is very hot, and I often want to have ice cream halfway through a bike ride. If you are in places north of Kaiyuan Harbor, you can come to Bayang to enjoy some ice.

This time, I ordered the lemon summer shaved ice, which comes with condensed milk. The special thing about this ice is that the lemon cream or butter that you would find on a lemon tart is directly added on top of it, making it feel like you’re eating a lemon tart in your shaved ice. There is also a cute Doberman in the shop, who is very friendly, so there’s no need to be afraid (even though she is quite big🤣).
