2023 Michelin recommended beef pho
About 80-100 a night
Prices in Vietnam are relatively high
The meat is cooked
We ordered a bowl of well-done and a bowl of medium-rare.
In my impression, the two soups taste slightly different.
But now I can’t remember what’s the difference QQ
What they sell is authentic North Vietnamese taste.
Unlike South Vietnam, there won’t be a bunch of dishes on the side for you to add.
It just allows you to taste the fragrance of onions, the freshness of beef, and the mellowness of beef bones (and a lot of MSG, which will make you very thirsty after eating it)
Whether you like garlic or not
Be sure to add a little vinegar and garlic on the side after eating
It will directly turn into another bowl of food
Very~very~interesting~~~
A must-do when eating pho in North Vietnam is a plate of Vietnamese fried dough sticks
It’s different from Taiwan,
Their fried dough sticks are quite thick and quite tough when eaten alone.
The magic thing is after soaking in the soup
In addition to absorbing the freshness and sweetness of the soup, it will also suddenly appear slightly crispy.
More amazing to me than pho
There's a queue almost every time we pass by
If you go there, you can gauge the situation.
For me, it’s a restaurant where you can eat within 5 minutes of queuing, hahahahaha
Digression:
The best pho I had during my trip to North Vietnam was the breakfast pho at Acoustic Hotel.
Very impressive. It can be said to be the best rice noodles in my life.
