I was looking forward to this restaurant before I came to Vietnam
Although many people think that when going abroad, they should experience local food!
Of course I very much agree with this approach
But in Vietnam, French food or Japanese food are actually very popular!
There aren't many people recommending this restaurant I found.
Most people focus on going to restaurants to drink 🍷!
But actually their food is really delicious~~

❤️Foie Gras tart
This dish is the famous foie gras ~ this is the first time I have eaten foie gras and made this combination! Because I thought it tasted like passion fruit jam, but they said it was orange 🍊 jam with some honey mustard flavor! The sweet and sour taste is combined with the aroma of foie gras. If you like salty and sweet taste, you will definitely like it! In addition, the crust is a crispy tart crust, which directly adds a crispy texture to the soft ribs of foie gras! Very delicious, highly recommended!

This dish is what I’ve been wanting to try since I saw the photo~ It’s mainly fried cheese balls. It feels like potatoes, cheese and beef are added together and deep-fried into a round shape! Then I added a piece of Japanese pickled radish on top of the cheese ball~the overall taste is very blended! Just put it in your mouth and it will melt. It is very appetizing and delicious! And when this dish is served, we will have our cameras ready 📷 As soon as we open it, smoke will spread out ~ like a warm current!

The grilled octopus can be so tender and sweet... This chef has really put effort into these dishes! The grilled octopus is fragrant and paired with the pea puree made by the chef. The salty taste with a little sweetness slightly suppresses the taste of eggplant. It brings the tenderness and fragrance of beef to another level!

Compared to the appetizers, this noodle dish is quite satisfactory! They use truffle oil to prepare the noodles. You can feel the aroma of truffle and cream when you eat it! But I think it's a pity that if they can cut some fresh truffle slices on top, it will increase the taste and deliciousness ~ Although it is already delicious, the appetizers in front of me are really surprising! This one has become a bit too normal!

This restaurant is totally in my top 3 restaurants on my trip to Vietnam! I couldn't stop looking at my phone when each dish was served ~ Not only was the presentation of the dishes attentive, but the cooking was also meticulous! I think they should put more effort into promoting their meals! It would be a pity if we only focus on wine~ But I have to say...their bartenders are also very high-level! The concoction tastes great...and very creative! It can make the wine harmonious very well!

Next time I go to Vietnam, I will definitely want to come back to this restaurant. I hope friends who go to Hanoi will try it if they can!
