I visited another location of the incredibly delicious Italian restaurant Sakaba da Allegro 🇮🇹.

This time, I went to the Sakaba da Allegro 4 Building branch 🇮🇹.

It's located on B1 of the 4th Building in front of Osaka Station 🏙️. It's within walking distance from Umeda Station and Osaka Station on various train lines 🚃.

As is typical for a station building, the main seating is at the counter, but there are also a few table seats✨.

For drinks, I chose:
Sicilian red orange juice 🍹 550 yen
Draft beer 🍺 550 yen
Oolong tea 🐦‍⬛ 418 yen
Ginger ale 🫚 418 yen✨.

The fish is delivered daily from their own wholesaler, "Uo-ya Ebizo" 🐟.

From Kagawa Prefecture:
Flatfish carpaccio with bottarga 🐟 858 yen
The combination of the chewy flatfish and the rich taste of bottarga was excellent and delicious 🐟.

From Nagasaki Prefecture:
Medium fatty tuna tear carpaccio 🐟😭 1298 yen
The medium fatty tuna was topped with plenty of salmon roe and wasabi 🐟🔥.
The tuna was extremely rich, and the wasabi added just the right amount of spiciness, making it delicious🔥. The salmon roe was also poppable and tasty 🥰.

Homemade sausage "Salsiccia" grilled skewers with moon-viewing cheese sauce 🐷🥚🧀 528 yen
The generous amount of cheese combined with the rich egg yolk and sauce provided wonderful flavor and was tasty 🥰.
The cheese, in particular, was delicious 🧀.

Red and white mixed stew ❤️🤍🐮 858 yen
Two types of offal were simmered in different seasonings 🐮.
The white sauce was rich, tender, and delicious with an oil base 🐮.
The red sauce, which had tomatoes and cheese, was juicy and tasty 🐮.
Both were delicious, and dipping the accompanying baguette into the sauce was also great 🥖.

Allegro's special Bolognese pasta 🍝 968 yen
They used fresh tortellini 🍝.
The fettuccine pasta was chewy 🍝.
The sauce was thick and rich with plenty of coarsely ground meat 🐮.
The eggplant was juicy 🍆, and there was plenty of cheese 🧀.
It was extremely delicious 🥰.

Squid pasta with lemon cream sauce 🦑🍋 968 yen
This also used fresh tortellini 🍝.
The fettuccine pasta was chewy 🍝.
The squid was large and satisfying to eat 🦑.
The cream sauce had a strong lemon flavor, making it refreshing and delicious 🍋.

Quattro Formaggi baked in foil 🧀🍨 858 yen
Hot melted quattro formaggi was topped with vanilla gelato 🧀🍨.
The formaggi was gooey and incredibly delicious, leaving me thrilled 🧀.
The gelato was rich, and it was delicious both on its own and when eaten with the formaggi 🍨.

Everything was delicious, and I was very satisfied!
It's definitely a place I want to visit again ☺️.
