Especially around five or six o'clock in the evening (wonderful time to eat steamed buns?
Because my family lives nearby, I often buy it to eat.
The following is my personal taste ranking,

1. Spicy Pork Bun $30
   This is really the best spicy pork bun I have ever eaten.
   The meat filling is solid, and you can see slices of chili pepper in the meat.
   There is also overflowing spicy oil covering the bun skin.
   Every bite is full of rich flavor,
   The only drawback is that the skin is a little thicker (but most Teochew steamed buns have thick skin)
   The spiciness level is between mild and a little spicier, so if you don’t eat spicy food often,
   Eat it with steamed bun wrappers, the flavors match just right! 🫶

2. Cheese Cranberry Steamed Bun $25
   The steamed buns have a very solid texture.
   You can also see cheese chunks in it,
   But I don’t use a lot of cheese.
   So it’s not the kind of state where you can have the aroma of cheese in every bite.
   The cranberry flavor is stronger,
   And a little cranberry jam to go with it,
   Overall, it can be paired with spicy pork buns.
   Or just another option if you just like steamed buns with a bit of sweetness❣️

3. Red bean paste bun🫘$18
   Let me start by saying that I think their prices are really great🥺
   The 18 yuan bean paste buns also have a lot of bean paste inside.
   It tastes so happy 😍
   The bean paste can be tasted a little grainy.
   The filling inside is also quite sweet.
   Considering that I don’t want to eat sweet steamed buns every day, I ranked third.

4. Okinawa Manju (brown sugar) $20
   The brown sugar flavor is very rich, and it’s an average steamed bun.
   The color is a little darker than ordinary steamed buns.
   The sweetness is even higher than their own brown sugar steamed buns!
