This Korean restaurant, located in an alley next to the West Lake Market, is my favorite Korean restaurant. It is run by Koreans, and you can sometimes see Koreans in the store.
Because I went a little late that day and all the meals I wanted to eat were sold out, I ordered Samyang Ramen. This was the first time I ordered ramen. The slightly spicy soup is served with sliced ​​meat, eggs, carrots, green onions and some sliced ​​leg intestines. The noodles may have been soaked for a long time and become a bit soft. It’s not my favorite. Overall, it’s pretty ordinary. I won’t order it again. .
Usually there are three side dishes that come with the order. The kimchi looks very red but not spicy (but sometimes it can be super spicy). The vegetables in the middle are seasoned with vinegar and are quite sour. The hollow noodle salad is quite ordinary. The side dishes are different every time I come here. There is a kelp sprout in my mind, which I think is quite delicious.
I ordered more egg rolls. I love this one so much. The portion is large and delicious. You can take it away if you can’t finish it.
For internal use, barley tea and soup are usually included, which you can drink for free. The soup is miso soup, which has a lot of ingredients and is delicious.
In terms of taste, although this restaurant is run by Koreans, it is more Taiwanese-style, and I think the CP value is quite high.
