The quality of Saga beef barbecue is high, with tender meat and a rich fragrance. The marbling of the beef brisket is beautiful, the beef tongue is crispy and chewy, and the Japanese-style salad is refreshing and cuts through the richness. The Saga curry beef rice is also fragrant and appetizing. Desserts like churros are relatively ordinary.
🔹 Beef
Beef Brisket (Kalbi)
One of the must-order items, the marbling is beautiful, and when grilled to a slight crisp, the oil and meat juices intertwine in your mouth, making it the perfect choice for a side dish with alcohol. It’s flavorful enough to eat on its own, and you can also pair it with the restaurant's special sauce, which is slightly sweet and salty, enhancing the meat's aroma.
Saga Beef Sukiyaki-style Grilled Platter
You must not miss the Saga Wagyu that the restaurant specializes in. The fat is evenly distributed, and the meat is tender, melting in your mouth.
Beef Tongue
Cut to an appropriate thickness, it has a crisp and chewy texture. It is recommended to order this in the first round; simply grilling one side and squeezing some lemon juice on it is excellent, with a refreshing taste that carries a hint of meaty aroma that becomes more fragrant with each bite.
🔸 Salad and Fried Dishes
Japanese-style Salad
The base is crisp lettuce, paired with yellow pepper, red pepper, shredded onion, and corn. The dressing is a classic Japanese-style sauce, savory with a hint of sweetness and acidity, appetizing and not greasy. It pairs perfectly with grilled meat, balancing the fat with its refreshing taste.
Caesar Salad
A mix of romaine and lettuce topped with croutons and cheese powder, the Caesar dressing is rich and creamy, with a distinct garlic flavor. The overall taste is heavier than the Japanese-style salad, providing a satisfying presence, ideal as an appetizer to stimulate the appetite.
Korean Salad
Although this dish is slightly Korean-style, the flavor is not overpowering, with lettuce and sesame oil-infused seaweed that provides a strong aroma.
🔹 Main Course and Dessert
Saga Curry Beef Rice
A steaming hot iron pot of curry, filled with aromatic flavors. A quick stir with a spoon releases a rich curry fragrance. The curry sauce has a Japanese flavor profile, slightly sweet but not overwhelming, with a smooth texture. The rice at the bottom of the pot becomes slightly crispy due to the high temperature, adding a layer of crunchy aroma. The portion is just right, leaving you satisfied without being overly oily. It is one of my must-orders at this restaurant!
Churros, Okinawa Donuts
The desserts are ordinary, with no special memorable points. They are optional.

You can't visit Japan without eating yakiniku, and of course in Saga, you have to go for Saga beef.
We were four people and we almost ordered everything for the all-you-can-eat. The Saga beef is really fatty, but it’s delicious and has a rich aroma, and even the fried dishes and salads were unexpectedly good—overall, it’s quite high quality.

💰 Total for four people was ¥21,329, about ¥5,300 per person. It felt great to eat a lot towards the end, but a bit filling. If you want to indulge in meat and eat to your heart's content, this place is definitely worth going to!
