The king oyster mushrooms in this store are sold by weight. The exterior is grilled to a crisp while the inside remains juicy, making them perfect for seasoning with salt and pepper.
The on-site environment is slightly greasy, and there are sauce residues on the grill that need improvement.
The staff are enthusiastic and attentive, especially in their humorous interactions with foreign customers.
This post has been sitting in my photos for a long time. This king oyster mushroom shop is so expensive (I, who have no idea about rice prices) went to the night market with colleagues.
<Thoughts on the Meal After Dining🥣>
The portion sizes at this shop are calculated by weight, so don't worry about the portions being different. The owner applies a sweet sauce first and grills it until the outside is dry, but it's very juicy on the inside. Then, we can sprinkle the flavor we want ourselves. Personally, I think you shouldn't challenge the lemon (too sour); just sticking with the regular salt and pepper is quite delicious, and there’s not much mushroom 🍄 taste.
<About the Staff👨🍳>
We encountered a foreigner ordering that day. It was amusing to watch the boss and the foreigner communicate with gestures, and they were very attentive.
<About the On-Site Environment🐾>
The grill at the stall was full of sauce residue, which needs improvement.
