On February 18 (Wednesday), "Kyoto Hamburger Restaurant Conel" will renew its opening, so I went to the reception a little early 🐮.

It's located just a short walk from the Kyoto Kawaramachi Station on the Hankyu Kyoto Line 🚃.

There were seats on the first floor and in the basement as well ✨.

I ordered the Galaxy Soda 🌏 for 660 yen and the Beef Tongue Stew Hamburger Set for 1,980 yen (including tax 2,278 yen) ✨.

The Galaxy Soda 🌏 reminded me of a similar drink I had at the Expo. It was a slightly bittersweet lychee-flavored blue soda with pretty red and white tapioca 🧋 that was chewy.

In the Beef Tongue Stew Hamburger Set (1,980 yen including tax 2,278 yen), there was a Beef Tongue Stew Hamburger, a salad 🥗, rice 🍚, pickles 🥦, pickled vegetables, and miso soup. It was quite a hearty meal.

The Beef Tongue Stew Hamburger was served on a hot plate, heated with solid fuel, and I enjoyed it while it was piping hot. The hamburger, made with 100% beef, was meaty and filling, and it was delicious 🐮. The stew was rich, and there was plenty of beef tongue, which was very tender and enjoyable 🐮. I was able to eat it hot all the way to the end, and it was thick and delicious with a bit of simmering 🔥. It was also tasty to eat the hamburger and beef tongue on top of the rice 🐮.

The salad 🥗 had a refreshing dressing that was delicious 🥗. The pickles included broccoli 🥦, cauliflower, and red bell pepper 🫑, and they were made perfectly with a nice acidity that made them tasty ✨. The pickled vegetables consisted of finely chopped shiba-zuke, which was delicious. The miso soup 🥣 had a strong dashi flavor and was tasty 🥣.

The meal set is quite filling, so I think even those who eat a lot will be satisfied 😌.
