Today I'm sharing about my experience at a super fulfilling and satisfying all-you-can-eat BBQ! Located on Yucheng Road, "Meat Next Level" Kaohsiung Yucheng Branch offers an NT. 998 strong meat package with unlimited Wagyu, seafood, and desserts!!

A paradise for beef lovers: Enjoying Wagyu to the fullest!

What I was most looking forward to was their Wagyu sirloin steak. As soon as I took a bite, the marbling melted in my mouth; the meat was tender and juicy without being dry, and paired with garlic butter, it was explosively fragrant!
There’s also freshly sliced ribeye steak; I chose the classic black sea salt flavor. The beef flavor was intense, thickly cut yet easy to chew. The diaphragm, top-grade marbled Wagyu, pepper-salted beef ribs, and selected beef tongue were all above standard! It had meat aroma, fat, and tenderness; anyone who loves beef will definitely go crazy!

Pork and chicken: So many flavors it’s overwhelming!

Have you tried pear-flavored thick-cut pork belly? It was my first time, and the subtle sweet pear aroma was astonishing! The tomahawk pork chop came out boldly, looking impressive, while the salty pork and thick-cut Matsusaka pork were just as good as beef!
For the chicken series, I personally recommend the miso chicken thigh; it has a rich flavor, crispy on the outside yet tender inside!

Seafood lovers shouldn’t worry!

Abalone, shrimp, scallops, and white shrimp were all available for unlimited feasting—totally amazing!! Plus, there’s garlic butter salmon, Thai basa fish, and squid legs… they smell so good when grilled, especially paired with scallion salt!

Desserts & Buffet: Don’t rush to eat meat; these are also fantastic!

What surprised me the most was their brownies, warm and paired with soft serve ice cream—absolutely divine! They were crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, with a rich cocoa flavor that was pure bliss! There's also cotton candy to roast for a charred flavor, making it a sweet ending.
The buffet was also impressive: it included fresh salads, hot soups, beef rice, smoothies, drinks, and soft serve ice cream—none of it was mediocre!

Overall, I think this place has an incredible value! Whether you’re a beef lover, pork fan, or seafood enthusiast, you can find satisfaction here! By the end, I really felt that Meat Next Level nailed it—make sure to come with some appetite!
