Chuo Breakfast is a rather magical breakfast place. The fascinating part is that they don’t specifically sell brunch, yet during lunch hours, quite a few office workers and students come to eat. This might be because they offer options like hot pot noodles that are more akin to a main meal, and they even used to have rice dishes back in the day.

However, since I generally don't like to have breakfast foods for lunch, I was persuaded by my colleagues to try this place together. 😄 As a result, I ordered the hot pot noodles instead of breakfast items. The noodles are quite salty, and they put a lot of satay sauce on it, which tastes pretty sweet, reminiscent of flavors from the southern region. We also ordered French toast with condensed milk, which is a must-try at many famous breakfast spots in Taitung, but the taste is not significantly different, and there’s usually no need to wait in line here.

Additionally, even though the prices at this breakfast place are slightly higher, the portions are quite sufficient, so there’s no worry about not getting enough to eat. Three people can enjoy a substantial breakfast for under 150.
