The coffee quality is average, and the fox cookies need to be purchased separately, so the cost-performance ratio is not high.
The interior decor is stylish, but the indifferent service attitude affects the overall atmosphere.
The staff's attitude was aloof, and they did not provide sufficient customer service, resulting in a poor experience.
☕️French fashion trendy café—Is it not worth it besides the little fox cookies?!
This café, located in Miyashita Park in Shibuya, is a store under the famous French brand Little Fox, known for its fox-shaped cookies, and it is often fully booked with long lines.
However, my recent visit was very disappointing. First of all, the staff's attitude was very cold. When I approached the counter to place my order and hesitated for a moment, the staff immediately asked me to go back to my seat and review the menu before coming back. There were no other customers at that time, so I felt that I wasn't hindering anyone, which made for a very unpleasant experience.
After placing my order, the staff didn't confirm anything further and just told me to pay by card and wait at my seat.
When my order arrived, I was even more disappointed—it was just a very ordinary latte. Influencers usually take pictures of the drinks with the fox cookie attached to the cup, but I had to buy it separately, which costs 400 yen per piece. Adding it to the coffee brought the total over a thousand yen, and I thought it was too expensive, so I didn't add it.
For the same price range, I could have had a higher-quality single-origin coffee at a regular café, so I feel it's not worth it and would not recommend it.
