The beloved restaurant that I used to visit often is located on Liaoning Street. I usually come here for dinner, and I haven't been here in a long time. Passing by, I decided to stop in and was surprised to see such a good business; there used to be fewer people here, but it turns out they have been selected for the "500 Bowls" list.

I really like the fried tofu; it's very tender and cooked just right. The pork belly soup and liver soup are both delicious. This time, I chose the pork belly, and the soup had a bit of rice wine added, along with some shredded ginger, which helps to remove the fishy taste, and it’s not too salty. The meat is also cooked perfectly, not tough or dry.

Now, for the boiled greens, they're directly showing sweet potato leaves or Chinese lettuce on the menu. If you don't want it too salty, I always let the owner know.

The braised pork on the braised pork rice is tasty and aromatic, but unfortunately, the rice is a bit too wet. You can also order rice noodle soup or dry noodles, which I remember being quite good. My friends also love the dry noodles from this place.

If you're eating alone, I highly recommend mentioning how much you want for the cold cuts, and the owner will prepare it for you. I’ve previously had the pig skin and vermicelli sausage, both of which were delicious. For under two hundred NT dollars, you can eat very well and feel full.
