After work on Friday, I was in the area and suddenly discovered this ramen shop. A friend had tried it and thought it was decent, so I decided to give it a try.

The spicy ramen has thick noodles, while the white soup has thin noodles (it's well-prepared). I quite like the flavors! The spice is just right, and it’s not overly salty. The thick noodles don't have that chewy texture; the flavor of the noodles is a bit strong and clashes slightly with the broth, which is a bit unfortunate. However, I personally wish there were less noodles; there’s really a lot. The white soup was okay after a few bites, but the flavor was not as deep.

▪️ Pan-fried Dumplings $80
The combination of karaage chicken with mayonnaise is good; it’s tender and juicy enough. The pan-fried dumplings are very ordinary, and you can skip ordering those.

Overall, it’s a ramen shop where you won’t get upset with the food; the flavors are normal. If you don’t have to wait in line and happen to be nearby, I recommend giving it a try.

I ordered white soup tonkotsu ramen for 250$➕all-you-can-drink drinks for 30$
There are two thick rectangular slices of pork barbecue and about four to five bamboo shoots.

Those who don't like onions should pay attention. There are plenty of onions and they are generous. They are also very fresh.
The soup has a slight smell of fat and the pork barbecued pork has no fishy smell.
It is recommended to add the chili powder on the side halfway through the meal to enhance the flavor.

The space inside the store is bright and comfortable, with high ceilings and no sense of oppression.
If there are many people dining, there are long benches to sit on.
There are two types of drinks: cola, lemon black tea and sprite to choose from.
If you pass by Sanyuan Plaza and don’t know what to eat, you can give it a try~ There are quite a few seats.

Today I ordered white soup tonkotsu ramen and extra thick tonkotsu tsukemen

This is also my first time to eat tsukemen.
It's a bit like the soup and noodles are separated from wet and dry
The surface of the tsukemen is thick and cooked just right.
Not too hard and has a chewy texture
I was shocked when I took the first bite. The noodle was cold.
But the accompanying dipping sauce (or soup) is very hot
So it’s still acceptable to eat it after dipping it

There are some pieces of pork in it
But it's pretty firewood, the kind that can get stuck in your teeth.
The dipping sauce is a bit salty, so it’s hard to drink it as soup😅

The white soup pork bones feel more in line with Taiwanese tastes
