The rich chicken white broth ramen has just the right flavor, the noodles are delicate, and the truffle sauce adds to the taste. The crispy char siu is expensive but delicious.
The interior decoration of the store is unique, contrasting with the surrounding environment, creating a comfortable overall atmosphere.
The staff is friendly, and there is no need to wait to be seated, making people willing to return.

I discovered this ramen shop one day. Among the nearby shops, this one stands out with its decor. That day, I suddenly had a craving for ramen, so I decided to give it a try.
▪️Rich Chicken White Soup $260
·Includes an egg, two slices of chicken breast, and one slice of chicken thigh.
I ordered the most basic item I was interested in, and it was really good! (I'm not a ramen expert.) The noodles are thin, the portion isn't too much but you can get a refill once. The flavor was just right; although it wasn't listed on the menu, there was a small spoon of truffle sauce on the bowl. I personally tried the original flavor first and then mixed it a bit rather than mixing it all in. The chili powder is really spicy, so definitely try a little first before adding more, but it’s also quite fragrant. Towards the end, you can switch up the flavor.
▪️Crispy Char Siu $50
I thought it was special to have char siu, so I ordered it without noticing that the picture only showed three pieces... Although it’s a bit pricey, fortunately, it was tasty.
Overall, I liked it quite a lot. I think the last time I had ramen was about 10 months ago. The flavors here suit me, the prices are reasonable, and if there's no wait, I would be willing to return.
Arrive at dinner time on Saturday
No need to queue, you can order directly and be seated
There is a wide range of menu choices on the machine
There are many choices from the soup base, ingredients, side dishes, and portion sizes, such as the amount of green onions, the amount of garlic, etc.
The truffle chicken soup I had this time was mainly chicken soup with a spoonful of truffles on the side (stir evenly). It tasted delicious. The truffle aroma was not greasy and very refreshing.
The tsukemen made by my friend traveling with me is rich and fragrant. I want to try it next time.
When we were chatting and saying that the taste of tsukemen was a bit lacking, the clerk shared that they have a specialty tsukemen shop in Taipei.
And this is currently the fourth one opened by the owner (the other three are in Taipei)
Overall, the service is of high quality and the environment is clean and hygienic. I would like to come back and try different flavors.
