Today I ordered white soup tonkotsu ramen and extra thick tonkotsu tsukemen

This is also my first time to eat tsukemen.
It's a bit like the soup and noodles are separated from wet and dry
The surface of the tsukemen is thick and cooked just right.
Not too hard and has a chewy texture
I was shocked when I took the first bite. The noodle was cold.
But the accompanying dipping sauce (or soup) is very hot
So it’s still acceptable to eat it after dipping it
The dipping sauce is very thick and salty
There are some pieces of pork in it
But it's pretty firewood, the kind that can get stuck in your teeth.
The dipping sauce is a bit salty, so it’s hard to drink it as soup😅

The white soup pork bones feel more in line with Taiwanese tastes
Although it is also very rich, it is not too salty.
noodle is thin noodle
When eating, the noodle body can completely absorb the soup.

Both noodles come with soft-boiled eggs and barbecued pork.
