The restaurant offers a rich variety of exquisite dishes, from the crisp and refreshing kimchi to the richly marbled A5 Wagyu beef. All the dishes are carefully seasoned and delicious, providing great satisfaction. The A5 Wagyu beef shabu-shabu is especially recommended for its extra tenderness due to the rich fat content.

Appetizers
Chef's Special Pickled Kimchi: Their kimchi is made from the hearts of Napa cabbage and has a very crispy texture! It is juicy with a sweet and spicy Korean sauce, making it a perfectly refreshing and appetizing start.
Osaka-style Cold Bean Sprouts: This cold appetizer includes not only bean sprouts but also water lily and carrots. The combination of bean sprouts and water lily is quite novel but surprisingly harmonious! Paired with their special sauce, it is a refreshing small dish.
A5 Wagyu Seared Sushi: The medium-rare beef is quite fatty, so enjoying it together with rice is very satisfying as an appetizer!
A5 Marinated Japanese Raw Beef: Made from the hind leg of cattle from Kagoshima, topped with red soil chicken egg and Taiwanese scallions. Mixing it all together creates a tender and fresh experience, sweet and smooth thanks to the egg yolk component.
Salad
Today's Selected Salad: The salad we had was made with apple vinegar, combined with fruit vinegar to enhance its freshness. Their fresh greens suggest you take your time to enjoy it, which pairs well with the main dishes and beef!
A5 Japanese Wagyu
Scallion Salt Beef Tongue: Thin slices of beef tongue are taken from the middle of the tongue, crispy and chewy. Don't forget to wrap it with scallion salt when you eat!!
Thick Cut Beef Tongue (Salt Flavor): Personally, I find the thick-cut option to be even more impressive than the thin one. The exterior is half grilled, half pan-fried to achieve a crunchy texture, while the inside maintains a melt-in-the-mouth tenderness. It's so incredibly delicious!!
A5 Japanese Wagyu Top Ribs (Sauced)
A5 Japanese Wagyu Lean Meat (Sauced): The sashimi is very tender and super juicy, marinated in their homemade barbecue sauce, so it’s great to eat by itself, but it’s a killer when paired with rice!!
A5 Japanese Wagyu Shabu-Shabu Pork (Sauced): The meat is succulent and beautifully marbled! This piece doesn’t resemble the typical lean pork; while you can taste the leanness, it is incredibly tender without being dry at all!
Premium Diaphragm: Made from Australian Wagyu, the taste of the diaphragm meat is relatively strong, which beef lovers will undoubtedly love!
Grilled Vegetables: The grilled vegetables include yam and zucchini, with zucchini sliced into medium-thick pieces, preserving a lot of juice!
A5 Japanese Wagyu Shabu-Shabu Pork: This dish is a dual visual and taste experience. Just by looking at that grilling flame, you can tell how delicious it is! The higher fat content means it is very tender, and when paired with red soil chicken egg and special sauce alongside super soft rice, the meat melts in your mouth, creating a perfect blend thanks to the egg yolk.
Rice
Wooden Barrel Rice: A whole bowl of wooden barrel rice, with just the right chewiness! You'll find yourself unintentionally eating many bites!
Soup
Today's Selected Soup: A bowl of beef clear soup after the meal is so warming, and surprisingly, it contains a piece of meat that has been pre-grilled. The restaurant puts a lot of care into this! There is also a piece of a special dough that has a texture similar to rice cake, but even softer!
Dessert
Red Bean Soup (Hot): The red bean soup is freshly cooked, with a creamy texture while still retaining some outer graininess. Since it’s made by a Japanese chef, it tends to be a bit sweeter~ Perfect when paired with mochi! The mochi is super soft and chewy, almost like Japanese-style rice cakes.
Warrington Cake: Their version of warabimochi differs from other places in Taiwan, having a slightly chewier texture, complemented with soybean powder and brown sugar syrup, making it very fragrant!
Beverages
Funabashi (Sweet Potato): A unique drink that carries a hint of citrus and rose aroma, brewed from sweet potatoes~
Strawberry Sparkling Shochu: It truly contains little strawberry pieces. This drink can be mixed with shochu or purely with sparkling water, and it’s fantastic!!
Freshly Squeezed Grapefruit Sparkling Shochu: The fresh grapefruit has a slightly bittersweet taste, and it surprisingly goes down smoothly, relieving the palate.
▶Uji Matcha Ice Cream Daifuku $150◀
It’s rare to find daifuku, so I highly recommend ordering it! The outer shell is super crispy, and the matcha ice cream is made with Haagen-Dazs, making the matcha flavor extremely rich, plus it's topped with sweet red beans for extra texture!
▶Sea Urchin Salmon Roe Hand Roll and Wagyu Sushi $300 each◀
I got super lucky as fresh sea urchin was available when I visited. You absolutely must order a piece of this luxurious sushi! The sea urchin combined with caviar and Wagyu is a lavish combination of high-end ingredients that creates a truly indulgent experience!
▶Wagyu Burger $600 for 2◀
A small burger masterfully crafted with rich accompaniments, smeared with a rich truffle sauce, paired with egg salad, mustard, and cheese. The burger meat is made from Sirloin and hind leg, making it incredibly juicy! The crispy burger bun offers a delightful contrast of crunchy and soft textures with each bite.
