The croissant is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the salmon filling is quite generous.
Refreshing and delicious paired with sauces & vegetables
For dessert, we recommend the soufflé, which is made without starch and pure eggs.
The taste is very different from what you eat outside, worth trying
Drinks, fruit tea and potted cocoa are highly recommended
Cocoa made with Valrhona chocolate sprinkled with oreo shards
The slight sugar level allows you to drink in multiple layers of bitter chocolate + sweet pieces in one sip.
