鮪魚蛋蔥抓餅的餅皮煎得香脆,但鮪魚的份量稍嫌不足,整體味道不錯,適合作為點心,價格略高。

Located near Ximen Station and the Presidential Palace, it used to be a small vendor selling scallion pancakes. I ate them once a long time ago. I didn’t expect that they are still selling pasta and wontons now. Maybe it’s due to the crowd effect (Supermarket on Taoyuan Street) I’ve eaten at almost all the stores that sell wontons)
Although the fresh meat wonton noodles and big braised noodles were very attractive, I couldn’t eat them because of the hot weather, so I decided to just buy a scallion pancake.
Tuna egg and green onion pancake $50
The pancake crust is quite fragrant, but I think it could be crispier; the tuna is directly made from canned tuna, and there is no additional mayonnaise to make a tuna salad. The tuna is directly mixed into the egg liquid, and fried into tuna eggs. Combined with green onion pancakes, but I think the portion of tuna is a bit small...a pity~
The boss will ask if you want to add more spicy sauce. The chili sauce is delicious, but overall it tastes salty. If you don’t want it to be too salty, you can ask the boss to add less sauce.
Overall, the taste is quite good, and it is suitable for snacks. Although I think the price is a bit expensive for the scallion pancakes. I still remember that this kind of item used to be only $35, but now it is basically impossible to find this price in Taipei. So I will buy it occasionally if I think of it.
p.s. I want to try its noodles next time to see if there is any way to beat the king of Taoyuan Street noodles in my heart - three-flavor noodles.
