🚩 Our Kitchen's Juicy Ribs Are Worth a Try
Our Kitchen is located on Ren'ai Road in Taipei City, in an alley next to Cathay Hospital. During lunchtime, there are many customers, and both dine-in and takeout require waiting in line. The entrance features a food ordering area, and the dining space is small, with about 30 seats. There isn't much decoration; the walls are covered with tiles, giving it a retro feel.
For dine-in, customers fill out a paper menu and pay at the counter, cash only.
After about 10 minutes, the meals are served, and today's orders are as follows⬇️
Rib Rice: The ribs are quite thick, beautifully fried, juicy, and not dry. The side dishes are served on a separate plate and are cold since there is no insulation. The rice is topped with sauce and a little braised meat.
Braised Pork Rice: I ordered a bowl of braised pork rice separately; the taste is decent, with fragrant and tender braised pork. The portion is small, and I finished the bowl quickly.
Radish Soup: The price is a bit high, as it includes a sizable meatball, which has a solid texture and decent flavor. The radish is cooked through, and the broth is acceptable, meeting the standard.
I personally highly recommend their ribs, as they are some of the best I've had recently, but I find the price of $140 for the rib rice combo quite expensive. The portion of the side dishes and rice is relatively small, making it not a price point I can frequent often.
