My first visit to this café was sparked by seeing it crowned the "top recommended cinnamon roll in Hsinchu" online. As a cinnamon roll enthusiast, I couldn't miss out. Driven by curiosity to discover "just how amazing it was," I ended up becoming a regular after my first try—I've been back countless times since! (´ཀ`」 ∠)

The moment you bite down, it's truly astonishing—cinnamon flavors explode in your mouth; the aroma lingers impressively, rich yet not overpowering, embodying the concept of “lingering goodness.” The apple chunks contribute a refreshing slight tartness and natural sweetness, adding layers to the texture and preventing monotony. The overall balance is excellent! 🍎

Hokkaido Cheese Cinnamon Roll
Also very good! While I prefer the original flavor to enjoy the pure aroma of cinnamon, the cheese adds moisture and thickness to the overall texture. It’s sweet but not cloying, remaining an exceptionally high-quality cinnamon roll with a crispy exterior and soft interior. If you prefer a richer flavor, you will definitely enjoy this one!

Classic Saint Honoré
This is a dessert I loved while traveling in France, and I couldn't stop thinking about it after I tried it. Jishi's version has a very high fidelity to the original taste—the crispy base crackles with each bite, and the cream is light and not greasy, paired with three puffs filled with custard that are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. You can really taste the meticulous selection of ingredients! 🌰🌰🌰
