The red meat soup uses whole pieces of pork wrapped in a light batter, making it aromatic and delicious, with a broth that is not dry; the mushroom and rib crispy soup has a slightly lighter broth, but the crispy ribs are chewy. The side dishes like braised tofu and stewed bok choy are also quite good, but the rice cake and fried noodles are rather ordinary.
The interior environment is like that of a typical snack shop, and the overall dining experience is acceptable.
#Sanxia
Come and try the red meat soup located near the busy Changfu Bridge in Sanxia. There are several parking lots around, making it relatively convenient to drive here. This is one of the restaurants my family often visits because I really like their meat soup. It's not made from minced meat; they use whole pieces of seasoned pork, which are then coated with a thin layer of starch. It tastes really fragrant and has a great texture—not powdery or mushy. The soup is relatively thick but smooth, and you won't feel parched after eating.
If you don’t like thick soup, there’s also the option of mushroom and pork rib fritters. The pork rib fritters have a nice chewy texture and are very aromatic after being fried, but the mushroom flavor in the broth is a bit weak.
The side dishes in the restaurant are quite varied and generally good. The braised tofu is very soft and tender, and the braised cabbage is well-seasoned. The dining environment is just like an ordinary snack shop. Overall, the dining experience is quite pleasant.
However, I find their rice cakes and fried noodles to be rather average. If friends are visiting for the first time and don’t have specific ideas, I recommend trying the red meat soup and the pork rib fritters noodle first.
