"Fatty Chicken Pieces" located on Yizhong Street in Taichung is considered a famous shop on this food street. Both local students and tourists should be familiar with this place. Previously, when visiting Taichung, you had to try their triangular bone and chicken pieces. The aroma is rich, the texture is crispy, and it's very satisfying. Before you know it, you've finished eating. The egg tofu is another highlight, crispy on the outside, soft inside, and full of fragrance, making it particularly satisfying to eat. However, the overall portion size is a bit small.

On a return visit, I noticed that the menu prices seemed to have increased again, feeling more and more expensive, which brought a slight sense of disappointment. It used to be known as "delicious and affordable," but now it has become an occasional nostalgic snack. 😢 Although the taste remains memorable, it's really not cheap now. Plus, during peak times, you have to queue for a while, and sometimes your patience almost runs out. If you're just passing by, you might just skip it, as there are still plenty of things to eat on Yizhong Street.

Overall, the taste of Fatty Chicken Pieces is excellent and worth trying, but the price and queue factors make me hesitant to visit again. If tourists have ample time, they can give it a try. However, if the queue is too long, you might as well skip it. No need to force it.
