There is a famous stinky tofu shop on Yizhong Street. The store is not very big, so you might have to wait a little for an indoor seat. The stinky tofu is fried with a very crispy outer skin, making a crunching sound when you bite into it. The sauce has a sweet taste, and the Taiwanese pickled vegetables paired with it are also quite good. There is also a special chili sauce on the table, which adds a nice numbing spice that is really great.
