The restaurant is located next to a large shopping district near Los Angeles Airport~
They happened to have a free sample of sparkling wine when I passed by~
So I was drawn into it!
The service quality of this restaurant is completely five stars.
From guiding me to sit down to having drinks🥤, explaining the menu, and even coming over to ask what I need in the middle, everyone is very warm and reasonable, and will not ignore your needs at all..

❤️Classic Filet Mignon
I forgot to take a photo of the steak after it was cut open.. but the middle of the steak was totally beautiful pink! Except for the outer layer which I think is a little bit too hard...otherwise the whole middle is super soft and tender! The gravy is completely retained...and you can feel the freshness of the beef in every bite! Pair it with the asparagus next to it~it feels high-end and the taste goes well with it! The only thing I don’t like is the way they serve potato 🥔 mashed...because they are made in the form of spring rolls...but the spring roll skin is very greasy, which ruins the original refreshing taste of the potato mashed! So I later cut the potato spring rolls into pieces and only ate the puree in the middle~

❤️California red wine
There is only one red color that can be ordered by the single cup and it comes from California, so I ordered one cup. The taste is slightly sweet and not astringent! The tannin flavor is not complex and has a little less layering! It’s a red wine that beginners will prefer!

Overall, I highly recommend it~ If you are staying near the airport, you can come here to have lunch or dinner! Experience the full service and delicious feast
