I thought it would be easy to go wrong with this kind of Asian food near a shopping mall like this... I didn't expect that they did a great job! Thin skin and lots of material! And it’s fried until it’s very fragrant and the bottom is slightly crispy! The only drawback is that it's super oily...you can just squeeze out a tablespoon!

For each of their ramen, you can choose your favorite meat! If it's pork, I'll give you a thick piece of barbecued pork! If it were chicken, it would be chicken breast, which Americans are more daring to eat! Their chicken breast processing is very good...not dry and unpalatable! On the contrary, it has a very soft and tender texture! The ramen is also cooked very well.. not too soft, and the ramen is just right!
