The oden flavor is not bad, but it’s a bit dry and the price is on the higher side. The beef bowl sauce is a bit mild and the portion is relatively small. Overall, the food's value for money is not high.
The dining environment and the decor inside the restaurant are quite nice, making one feel comfortable.
Located under the Dounan Bridge, it takes about five minutes to walk from NCCU. This time I ordered oden, gyudon, and curry rice.
🍢 Oden: This is a drier type of oden, and the broth can be refilled. The radish was a bit bitter, but I recommend the baby corn and shrimp dumpling! It was quite tasty. The black wheel and sweet and spicy fish cake were average. The seasoning was decent, but the price was on the high side, so I wouldn't highly recommend it.
🍚 Gyudon ($150): The sauce was a bit thin, but the slices of beef were okay. Overall, the portion size was quite small; a typical woman may not feel full.
The overall dining environment and interior decoration were nice, but the food's value for money was not high, so I wouldn't particularly recommend it.
