This shop calls itself New York-style pizza, and the true essence lies in eating it folded in hand, without any utensils provided.

A whole tray of steaming hot Margherita pizza just served, and the staff will ask if you want it cut into 6, 8, or 12 slices. The crust is thin, but slightly thicker than classic Italian-style wood-fired pizza, and the dough is not as chewy or elastic as Italian pizza, making it somewhat in between.

The toppings are evenly spread, which might be a characteristic of American pizza; a whole 16-inch pizza is quite large, and if you're hungry enough, one person can finish it, though by the end it can taste a bit oily, making it more suitable for sharing.

Both the tomato and cheese flavors are decent, but unlike Italian pizza where the individual toppings are distinct, you could say that the blend of crust and toppings is better in American pizza.

There are pre-baked pizzas displayed at the entrance, and for the option of single slices on the menu, it's assumed they may not be freshly baked. The shop sells soft drinks, but the cups are not large, and they don't provide drinking water. On a hot summer day, the air conditioning in the shop also feels a bit insufficient.

  I was a bit angry the first time I ordered it because I couldn't see any basil or mozzarella cheese—it looked nothing like a Margherita pizza. == But if I want pizza, I still order it occasionally because it's relatively cheap. The conclusion is to not have high expectations of it as a Margherita pizza… The toppings include onions, bell peppers, and tiny bits of cauliflower.
