The thick noodles paired with sesame sauce, greens, chopped scallions, and peanuts are delicious, with the thick intestines adding a chewy texture. The refreshing cucumber acts as an appetizer, making it hard to stop eating when paired with the noodles. When enjoyed with low-sugar soy milk, it enhances the overall dining experience even further.
The restaurant has two floors, with ample air conditioning, suitable for dining on hot days.
During lunch hours, many people come to dine here. Fortunately, there are two floors available for dining, and the air conditioning makes it very suitable for the hot weather in Kaohsiung. ☀️
🍜 Pork Intestine Noodles (Dry/Not Spicy) $120 & 🥒 Cucumber $30
Although it's not spicy, it's still very delicious!
The noodles are simply drizzled with sesame sauce, topped with some greens, chopped scallions, and peanuts, and they are delicious even on their own (=´∀`)人(´∀`=).
The star, the pork intestine, has a nice chewiness to it. Eating it alongside the refreshing cucumber is so delicious that you can't stop; I finished it in no time.
🥤 Low-Sugar Soy Milk $20
After finishing the noodles, I had a cup of soy milk to wrap up this meal.
