The portions of the six toppings are quite generous, making the bowl look even more appetizing, and as usual, I took a photo for my phone before digging in.
The mung beans and red beans are cooked very soft and tender, which I really enjoy. The glutinous rice balls are still warm and chewy, and the old-fashioned brown sugar has a slight bitterness but adds a delightful sweetness. Overall, it’s deliciously sweet without being overwhelming.
