When I walked into the store, I thought it was a trendy store at first.
The design of the store is simple, the signboard is simple and high-quality, and there are some clothes and hats on display.
The restaurant adopts a semi-open kitchen design. Surprisingly, there is only the aroma of burgers but no smell of oil smoke during the meal.
The interior is self-service. First confirm whether there are seats in the store and then order at the counter.

I ordered sea salt milk candy
The burger uses Choice grade wet-aged beef, and makes its own milk sugar sauce, and is finally sprinkled with 4 kinds of nuts with sea salt.
The burger is paired with beef and smoked steak, presenting a multi-layered salty and sweet taste.
Unlike the peanut butter burger, the milk candy gives off a light sweet aroma without covering up the flavor of the meat itself.
The bread is hot fried on the iron plate, soft and tender, and full of buttery aroma.
This burger tastes both salty and sweet overall, and has a very rich flavor.

The burgers of "Butcher Jr. by Lanpengyou" are exquisite and textured, with a delicate taste.

The only drawback is that the burger is too small and you might not be full.

However, all flavors of burgers are delicious and well worth a try.

Zhongshan, Taipei - A very trendy and unique American-style burger restaurant with a cement industrial decoration style. The burgers are small and expensive, and the CP value is average.

The cheese sauce melts on the burger steak and there are lots of onions! There are shredded onions (roasted), minced onions (to add texture) and whole slices of onions. People who like onions will love it 😆

The beef is juicy and marinated with pepper and other sauces and is very tasty. The slight acidity of the tomatoes is well balanced, but it's a pity that the lettuce can't feel the crispness, otherwise it would be perfect. Be careful as the juice drips when eating!

🔹 I only had the burger a la carte. No other side dishes are included. At 180 yuan for such a burger, it’s a bit expensive. No wonder other netizens said they would rather eat at McDonald’s 😆 However, the burgers are generally delicious. I come to Zhongshan with friends occasionally, and when I don’t know what to eat, I come here. Chatting is a good choice! (There are not many people at noon on weekdays)
