This restaurant offers a diverse range of dishes, including chicken, fish, pork, and seafood, using seasonal ingredients. It features both traditional dishes like clay pot chicken and creative dishes such as dragon fruit paired with savory items, which are surprisingly flavorful.
The dining space in the restaurant is very spacious, suitable for gatherings with friends and family, as well as intimate tables for two. The overall atmosphere is comfortable.
This restaurant is a private kitchen located in Taitung City, and it is a non-menu restaurant. There are three price ranges: 600, 800, and 1000, so it depends on your budget; you can enjoy quite nice food at any price point. Thanks to the company's year-end gathering, I visited this restaurant for the first time.
The variety of dishes is very abundant, including chicken, fish, pork, and seafood, all made with seasonal ingredients. There are both traditional and creative dishes. The traditional dishes include a whole chicken similar to "weng-zi ji" (a type of stewed chicken), which is very tender, and the chicken broth is sweet and goes very well with rice. There are also dishes like fried "gui-tou" (a type of fish) with dried plums braised pork, etc. The creative dishes include something with dragon fruit paired with savory flavors (I forgot what it was, haha) and it was surprisingly tasty.
The overall dining space of the restaurant is very spacious, making it suitable for friends and family to dine together. There are also suitable tables for two people and private dining options for couples. In terms of cost performance, I highly recommend it.
