Located in the alley between Chihkan Tower and Wu Temple, Tainan now has another late-night coffee shop to choose from. Dong Wo Rui is a homophone for “Don’t worry”. Taiwanese really love homophonic memes (a knowing smile)

As soon as you enter, you will feel a sense of tranquility that transcends time. The combination of various Japanese-style gadgets and old houses in the store are placed in the same space, giving you a sense of harmony. Especially the oversized civet cat next to the counter gives you a sense of immediate sight as if the civet cats are defending the war.

The cafe was renovated from an old Tainan house by Duowei. The space inside the restaurant is not too big. There are 4 tables in the seating area, large tatami tables and a bar area. You can serve your own tea.
