The job's job series at this restaurant is very popular, especially the combination of white jade and red beans, which has a unique texture and is not overly sweet, making it suitable for people of all ages. The coix has a creamy and grainy texture, the white jade is super chewy, and the red beans are very fragrant.
The restaurant's environment is cute and artsy. After moving to a standalone cabin next to the park, it adds a refreshing atmosphere, making it perfect for photos and gatherings.
▶White Jade Red Bean Job's Tears $110 (Takeout)◀
The Job's Tears from this place really leave a lasting impression on me. From eating them at the market to now having a store! The Job's Tears have a very smooth texture, yet you can still feel the grains, and they are cooked to a thick consistency. Paired with the red beans on top, which also retain their grainy texture while maintaining the fragrant aroma of red beans, the White Jade is super chewy and has a great texture. However, a little downside is that for some reason, there is always matcha, which I don't like...
Very refreshing barley series, I will try it every time I come to Tainan!
Especially the barley is not sweet and the red beans and white jade have a unique and delicious taste!
The flavors of Shiratama include Shiratama and Matcha
The texture is chewy and delicious, and the matcha aroma is fragrant!
The barley is cooked just right
Both adults and children like it~
There are not many places in the store, so it is very convenient to take it out to the park to eat!
This is my must-eat in Tainan, I’ve visited it at least three times!
I used to be a fan of this shop when it was still a stall in the vegetable market. Now that I have moved into a single-family house next to the park, it is even more youthful and cute.
It’s more expensive for dine-in use and there is a low fee of 100 per person, but there are beautiful tableware suitable for taking pictures, and takeout is even more cost-effective!
Every time I order Shiratama red bean barley, Shiratama has five red beans (original and matcha) and the red beans are dense and sweet! The key point is that barley is really pure, refreshing and not greasy in taste and texture! !
