This time I ordered the signature fish crispy squid soup for $60, a small bowl of pork rice for $45, and dry rice for $60.

The seasoning is mainly sour and sweet.
In addition, it is slightly spicy with pepper
I like the seasoning, but some people may find it too sour.
The fish cake is quite crispy
The meat soup itself has no taste and is rather soft.
The squid is very chewy and has no fishy smell.
The remaining ingredients are mainly shredded bamboo shoots and coriander
Except for the meat soup, this bowl is pretty good.
Value for money is pretty good too

Pork rice $45
Their braised pork is half fat and half lean.
In addition to the marinade, sauerkraut and pepper are also added for seasoning
To me, it doesn’t feel greasy enough and tastes a little dry.
But I really like the decision to mix sauerkraut with braised pork.
Adds a crunchy texture and slightly sour taste
But for the price, it’s a small bowl full.
The price/performance ratio is not very good.

Chaos itself tastes average, just plain delicious chaos.
But the price/performance ratio is pretty good.

Overall, these meals are on the sweet side.
