Zhenfang has finally opened in Neihu!!!
Located on the bustling Gangqian Road,
I think their charcoal-grilled toast and batter egg pancakes are both fantastic.

▫️ Pork Egg Cheese $75
The charcoal-grilled toast is very fragrant, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the grill marks on the outside are truly beautiful; I think switching to peanut butter would elevate it even more! Their peanut butter has chunky peanuts, with a sweet and salty flavor that is very rich, blending perfectly with the cheese slice. The pork chop consists of firm slices of pork, slightly juicy, somewhat like the grilled meat you encounter during the Mid-Autumn festival! When you’re not too hungry, this one serving can be a meal.

▫️ Zhenfang Tender Egg Pancake $40 (the luxurious upgraded version in the photo is $100)
This is amazing, everyone! It's a rare find in the north—the batter egg pancake!! I used to eat this often in Tainan, and now I can have it in Taipei (wiping tears). The batter egg pancake has a smooth and tender texture. The one in the photo has extra egg and pork chop added; for those who think eating just the pancake would be too plain, this is a great way to upgrade! XD

▫️ Sweetened Condensed Milk Cheese $50
In addition to savory options with meat in the charcoal-grilled toast series, there are also sweet items like this.
The sweet and salty flavor of the sweetened condensed milk cheese is truly healing~~~

▫️ Milk Tea $55
This is a kind of traditional milk tea with a hint of coffee flavor.
I think it’s somewhat similar to the milk tea from Kaohsiung's X Jiang.
This one is less sweet, which I prefer.

I think both the charcoal-grilled toast and the egg pancakes are excellent,
Especially the egg pancake, which really brings back my memories of Tainan 😻
I’ll probably come here frequently in the future!!
