The dishes include special chicken white soup fresh truffle ramen and chicken white soup soba. The broth is rich and flavorful, with a moderate saltiness, refreshing ingredients, and strong truffle flavor, leaving a deep impression.
The restaurant is located in the underground shopping mall of the subway, with simple and cute decor, creating a comfortable environment that makes it easy for people to relax.
The service is efficient, and there is no need to queue even at nine in the evening, which makes it convenient for people.
Reviewer comment: Couldn't find a restroom in the underground mall.
This year, Ginza Kagaribi just reopened in Taiwan. I wasn't planning to go there specifically, but I casually Googled ramen and discovered this place. It took a while to find it on the street, only to realize it's hidden in the underground mall.
This time, I ordered the special chicken white soup fresh truffle ramen (1780 yen) and chicken white soup soba (1280 yen), totaling 2980 yen.
This was the first bowl of ramen on this trip to Japan. The broth was rich but not greasy, with the saltiness just right. The toppings included sweet potato, burdock, pumpkin, and chicken, making it refreshing and full of layers. The truffle aroma was strong, and when mixed in, it became particularly fragrant. Personally, I felt both the original flavor and the mixed truffle had their own characteristics, but I preferred the original broth. There were also other toppings available, allowing for a variety of flavors.
Overall, I liked it quite a bit, and I would want to eat it again when I return to Taiwan. That evening, close to 9 PM, there was no need to wait in line at all!

Kagari, which only came to Taiwan in June 2024, didn't make a special impression on me. This time, it wasn't a specific itinerary item, but after eating yakitori that day, I unexpectedly felt like having something more, so I went. At first, I couldn't find it, only to realize it was in the B1 subway basement mall. Many Japanese stores are in basements, which makes Google hard to understand 😂
I ordered the Special Chicken White Soup Fresh Truffle Ramen (as written on the menu) and Chicken White Soup Soba. I forgot the price because it seemed a bit different from the menu.
I wonder if this is the first bowl of ramen I've had in Japan! It looks simple but is really delicious!! The broth is rich yet not too oily, with just the right amount of saltiness. The toppings are relatively refreshing, like sweet potatoes, burdock, pumpkin, chicken, etc. The truffle flavor is strong too; you can mix it yourself with a spoon. I find the original, mixed, and truffle versions all delicious. Beside it are ginger paste and something resembling crispy shallots to change the taste.
Overall, I really liked it, and there's no need to queue at all (it was almost 21:00 that night). If you live nearby, it's definitely worth a visit. P.S. I liked it so much that I had it again at the airport. It's a different branch but just as delicious~~ (no record).
