Reviewer comment: Couldn't find a restroom in the underground mall.
This year, Ginza Kagaribi just reopened in Taiwan. I wasn't planning to go there specifically, but I casually Googled ramen and discovered this place. It took a while to find it on the street, only to realize it's hidden in the underground mall.
This time, I ordered the special chicken white soup fresh truffle ramen (1780 yen) and chicken white soup soba (1280 yen), totaling 2980 yen.
This was the first bowl of ramen on this trip to Japan. The broth was rich but not greasy, with the saltiness just right. The toppings included sweet potato, burdock, pumpkin, and chicken, making it refreshing and full of layers. The truffle aroma was strong, and when mixed in, it became particularly fragrant. Personally, I felt both the original flavor and the mixed truffle had their own characteristics, but I preferred the original broth. There were also other toppings available, allowing for a variety of flavors.
Overall, I liked it quite a bit, and I would want to eat it again when I return to Taiwan. That evening, close to 9 PM, there was no need to wait in line at all!
