Weiweixian's best sushi is located on Zhongshan Road in Hualien City. Generally speaking, from Hualien Front Station, follow Guolian 1st Road and turn right on Zhongshan Road. You can see Weiweixian in one minute.

Today I enjoyed a variety of sushi and miso soup of my choice, which totaled about 250 yuan.

The way to order is to take a tong and pinch it all the way. After pinching it to the end, the clerk will ask if you want soup or chawanmushi, and then check out.
It’s a clear assembly line ordering method.

Assorted sushi of your choice:
Generally speaking, for this kind of affordable sushi, I don't really have too many expectations for the quality of the food.
Some of the more impressive ones include flower branches, shrimp eggs, scallop lips, kelp buds, nixin, etc.

The freshness is pretty good and the taste is average.
But the price is just like this, so I won’t ask for anything more.
It can even be said that the quality of sushi at this price range has exceeded my expectations.

Miso soup:
There's still enough miso flavor, and it's nice not to cut corners in this regard.
A small amount of tofu and kelp are used as ingredients, which fills the dry and tired heart with warmth.

Overall, this is a copper plate sushi restaurant that starts at ten yuan, so you really shouldn’t expect too much.
But from the perspective of copper plate prices, it is actually pretty good.
After hesitating for a while, I decided to give it three stars.
