Taojin Casserole Chicken Soup is located on Guoxing 5th Street in Hualien, but you can actually use the navigation to find Shangxiao Street, as there is nothing obstructing your view.
Next door is the famous Laoxiang Beef Noodles.

What we enjoyed today was Laohuo Claypot Fish Maw Chicken Soup, Braised Pork Pork Belly, and Egg Crispy Loofah, totaling about 1,100 yuan.

Old fire casserole fish maw chicken soup:
The store's chicken soup boasts that it uses old hens, native chickens, Hokkaido scallops, and Jinhua ham essence to stew for twelve hours.
And seeing the rich, milky chicken soup that was served, we knew that what the store said was indeed true.
The chicken soup is so rich that you feel like you are drinking a chicken in one tablespoon.

Although I have never tried Ji Yuan’s chicken soup, in comparison, Tao Jinguang’s price makes me want to give it a sixth star.
The chicken legs in the soup have of course been boiled until the bones and meat can be easily separated. The fish maw is not only large but also quite generous, making it really satisfying to enjoy.

Braised pork belly:
A large amount of beef tendon is laid boldly on the tableware, which is not only visually striking, but also quite delicious to enjoy.
Just like the delicious taste brought by chicken soup, the extremely soft and tender tendons bring a sticky and rich taste to the mouth, coupled with the spicy flavor of braised pork, it can be said to be a perfect ditty.

Egg puff pastry:
The portion of loofah is equally generous. The delicate meringue is spread evenly on the loofah, adding a little excitement to the rich loofah soup base.
It's like a guerrilla army formed by Oral and Luffa in a real regular army battle.
It’s also quite worth trying.

The side dish before the meal is black pepper edamame, and the sweet soup after the meal is longan and white fungus, which are exquisite and delicious.

Overall, it not only makes me want to visit Hualien again, but also makes me want to order chicken soup and enjoy it at home.
The service attitude of the store is quite comfortable. We were actually mentally prepared to be rejected when we visited (about half an hour before the lunch break), but we still enjoyed a very pleasant service.
