"New New Life" - you can tell by the name that it's near the Zhongxiao Xinsheng station, about a 4-minute walk from Exit 5. The business is pretty good; they open at 4:30 PM, and by around 5:00 PM, it’s already full.

This isn’t my first time eating at this restaurant, but I feel like their price increase is a bit excessive (I know inflation exists, but it shouldn’t be this extreme, haha). In any case, while the portion sizes are generous, the prices are quite high, so it’s not a place I would want to visit frequently.

Golden Sand White Sauce Zucchini Fried Noodles $275
The salted egg flavor is prominent and quite delicious, but it gets a bit heavy if you eat too much, so I recommend ordering it for two people to share. The portion of the noodles is very generous (I was full after eating about half, and the rest became my lunch for the next day). They give a lot of zucchini~~~ This is really commendable~~

Crispy Fried Golden Threadfin Fish with Black Truffle Sauce $215
The portion of the threadfin fish is also quite substantial, but I still feel that over two hundred dollars is a bit pricey~~~ The fish is fried okay, with little to no fishy smell, but I personally think that the black truffle sauce doesn’t pair well with the fish; there’s a bit of a mismatched feeling.

It's sour! The broth has a nice flavor

The meatballs are taro balls and quite starchy
The noodles have a good chewy texture

Everything is quite tasty, but the prices are on the higher side
As for drinks, my friends have said they are average, so I didn't try them
The table turnover rate is quite fast; people finish eating and don’t linger too long!

Went to Xinxinsheng today. They are really crowded. It is recommended to queue up 10 to 15 minutes before the store opens so that you can be in the first round of dining!
