The restaurant uses a self-service system, where you need to find a seat first and then place your order.   The seafood noodles come with small squid, oysters, and three types of dumplings. The seafood portion is quite generous and relatively fresh, but the oysters are tastier than the small squids. The small squid contains cartilaginous parts that are a bit inconvenient to eat. The soup base is a light seafood broth, which tastes quite ordinary and isn't really to my liking.
  Next time I come, I would like to try the dry noodles with oysters instead. I saw at the next table that you can add the restaurant's special dressing, which should make it taste better.

The decoration style is simple and bright. There are about 18 double tables inside, and row seating areas for about 5 people, which can be combined at your own table. Although the seating space is not large, it is not too crowded and the air conditioning is moderate.
If you are inside, take the menu first and find a seat to sit down. After selecting your meal, take it to the outside counter to check out and take the meal notification machine to wait for notification. Now you can use linepay.
There are woven baskets under the seats to store bags, and you need to pick up meals and recycle plates by yourself.
The business is good, there are a lot of people for both dine-in and take-out, but the operation is quite fast. This time, when the store is almost full and there are people waiting for take-out outside, the time from ordering to picking up the food is about 9 minutes.

In addition to the main oyster dishes, there are also some braised vegetables and seafood noodles. Most of the dishes are noodles. As for rice, there is only one type of beef, mushroom and pork rice.
This time I ordered the basic fresh oyster soup noodles. The fresh oysters looked big and plump. I roughly counted about 10 oysters, which was less than others. It should have been weighed.
The oysters tasted fresh enough, as they are said to be delivered directly from the place of origin on the same day. The soup was added with fried onion and chives, and the overall taste was quite comfortable.

😄I personally think it’s pretty good to be able to eat such fresh oyster noodles at this price in this location. However, please note that the portion is not large, so you will be hungry very quickly in the afternoon.

The environment is good. I didn’t expect the food to be good. The oyster noodles cost 100 yuan. I didn’t expect there to be so many oysters, and each one looks plump and fresh. I can’t help but wonder, is the rent like this in CNR not cheap? In this location, is it really okay to sell like this?
When picking up the meal, the boss recommended adding their unique spicy sauce and a little bit of vinegar, mix well before eating, it's actually a bit like silly dry noodles with a bunch of oysters added, very delicious! It is worth mentioning that some leek segments and scallions will be placed on top to enhance the flavor. If you mind, please remember to tell the store when ordering ~
The accompanying clear soup is seasoned with shredded ginger and nine-layer pagoda. It is refreshing and warm to the stomach, and is very suitable for eating with dry noodles.
The oyster noodle soup base is different, full of seafood flavor. It can be said that the dry noodle soup is two completely different experiences. I recommend everyone to try it if you have the opportunity.
The braised pork rice is relatively average, but it is still delicious. The addition of mushrooms gives the rice a little more texture. It is also a good combination with the sour passion fruit radish~
The three-dumpling soup contains three kinds of handmade dumplings delivered directly from Tainan (conger eel dumplings/fish skin dumplings/chive meat rolls). The texture is indeed different from Guiguan’s hot pot ingredients, but it is quite delicious, but I feel ashamed that I actually don’t like it. Not sure which one is which xD

When I passed by after work, I saw that the storefronts and signboards were very conspicuous. I happened to like eating oysters. So come in and find out.

I checked and found that Yuanqing Fresh Oyster also has a branch in Banqiao. This Xinyang store was newly opened in early April this year and has been in operation for less than one month.

There are quite a lot of seats, and it can accommodate 30 people. It is about half full around 6pm on weekdays, and most of them are students.

Here you have to pick up the food and recycle the tableware by yourself. The meal is made very quickly. After ordering, you get the meal in less than 3 minutes.

Dried oyster noodles$100
The portion of oysters was amazing. I counted almost 20 of them, and they were all quite big. I was wondering, "Are you sure this only costs $100?". Normally when I eat oyster noodles, there are not enough oysters to go with the noodles. But here, I have finished the noodles and the oysters. There are a bunch more😂

The oysters taste like they have been lightly fried with a little bit of flour. Personally, I think the freshness is ok and there is no strange smell.

The noodle is made of oil noodles. I thought it was very chewy at first, but after eating it, it was a bit soft (the menu says that you can tell the waiter the hardness of the noodles when ordering, but I didn’t mention it today); there is a lot on the noodles. The fried scallion cake enhances the flavor. I like the fried scallion cake, so I’ll give you extra points. If you don’t like the fried scallion cake, you can ask the store not to add it.

It is recommended to add a little fragrant bean paste on the table. It tastes similar to bean paste, slightly spicy, and enhances the deliciousness.

The clerk will ask if you want a free bowl of clear soup. This is a bonus. It tastes like shredded ginger fish soup, which is simple and delicious. It can be eaten with dry noodles to relieve tiredness ~

Overall, I think the CP value of oyster noodles is very high. You can eat so many oysters for only $100, and there is also a bowl of soup to drink. I am willing to visit again in the future.
