Zhu Jian has been opening more and more locations in Changhua. Today, I visited the Zhu Jian Huashan branch, which has a lot of seating, and the distance between tables is not cramped, which makes it very comfortable.

The ordering process is the same: choose a soup base, main course, and side dishes. Vegetables, desserts, and drinks are all unlimited ♾️. However, excessive waste will incur a material fee 💰. The dessert area features Thai-imported ice cream 🍦, and the sauce area provides guidance on how to prepare sauces, which is very thoughtful!

Additionally, I highly recommend taking the shiitake mushroom meatballs, squid paste, and crab meat chunks from the vegetable area. All three are items I definitely grab every round. The flavor of the meatballs is very rich and chewy, the squid paste offers a sweet seafood taste, and although I'm not sure if the crab meat is real, the crab flavor is very prominent. I recommend trying these!
