Zhu Jian has been opening more and more locations in Changhua. Today, I visited the Zhu Jian Huashan branch, which has a lot of seating, and the distance between tables is not cramped, which makes it very comfortable.

Meals
The ordering process is the same: choose a soup base, main course, and side dishes. Vegetables, desserts, and drinks are all unlimited ♾️. However, excessive waste will incur a material fee 💰. The dessert area features Thai-imported ice cream 🍦, and the sauce area provides guidance on how to prepare sauces, which is very thoughtful!

📍 Shabu-Shabu Beef Set 💰520
Shabu-shabu beef is one of my favorites. The marbling is more evenly distributed, and the texture is softer. Unfortunately, the meat served today had a tendon, which affected the overall experience.

📍 Aged Beef Brisket Set 💰420
Beef brisket is common in hot pot restaurants. It has more fat, a soft texture, and is reasonably priced. If you enjoy meat, be sure to order a plate.

📍 New Zealand Lamb Shoulder Set 💰500
This dish has no strong lamb taste, less fat, and a tender texture. It's a good choice for those who do not eat beef. Another highlight is that it is not a mixed meat dish!

Additionally, I highly recommend taking the shiitake mushroom meatballs, squid paste, and crab meat chunks from the vegetable area. All three are items I definitely grab every round. The flavor of the meatballs is very rich and chewy, the squid paste offers a sweet seafood taste, and although I'm not sure if the crab meat is real, the crab flavor is very prominent. I recommend trying these!

Parking
You can park scooters 🛵 in front of the store, and there are many paid parking lots nearby 🅿️, with rates ranging from 💰40 for 0.5 hours to 30 for an hour, depending on your luck.

Service
The most important aspect of eating hot pot is the broth-refilling service. Fortunately, this restaurant has plenty of staff. They frequently push the soup cart to check if you need broth refills, and they quickly clear away empty plates. Overall, the dining experience is very good.
